A wine that encapsulates all the nuances of our territory. Authentic and intense, it reflects all the sunshine of Romagna.
Albana from the western slopes. Thin tops with bunches exposed to the sun.
Mixtures of yellow sand with presence of skeleton.
Harvest of fully ripe grapes in the cooler hours of the day, extraction of must, cold static decantation. Fermentation in cement at controlled temperature. Maturation during the winter on the lees and bottling during the spring following the harvest.
The most representative white grape variety of Romagna reveals the complexity of our soils. A unique harmony emerges, celebrating the sunniest of characters, amidst bewitching aromas and a wealth of authentic flavours.

The aromatic intensity of Albana pairs well with soft, slightly sweet flavors, such as pumpkin and caramelized onion. Recommended with pumpkin tortelli or tagliatelle with mushrooms.
Excellent with light fish soups or grilled fish with aromatic herbs.
Albana pairs well with white meats thanks to its structure and dry finish.
Pairs well with vegetarian dishes such as vegetable flan with fondue, eggplant parmigiana, vegetable couscous, or pumpkin or fennel soup.
