Acacia Honey 500gr

Physical state: mostly liquid, never crystallises totally.
Colour: very light, among the lightest honeys.
Smell: weak intensity, not particularly typical, slightly floral.
Taste: delicate, recalls the scent of the flowers, typically vanilla-flavoured.
Use: with yoghurt, mascarpone, veined cheese, meat and fish in sauce, excellent for breakfast.

It is one of the most appreciated honeys: permanently liquid, very delicate and excellent sweetener.
