Acacia: it is one of the most appreciated honeys: permanently liquid, very delicate and excellent sweetener.
Chestnut: this honey is one of the main single flower honeys produced in Italy. It is produced in big quantities in the Prealps and along the Appenine ridge. The chestnut tree blossoms in June and July.
Millefiori: this honey is produced from the nectar of varied flowers of wild, cultivated and ornamental plants. Its properties may therefore vary depending on the different geographical areas and the period of production, according to the flowering vegetal species where the bees get the pollen.
Rosemary: it can be produced only in special conditions, because in March bee families are not enough developed to use the early blooming of this plant. Rare nowadays, but with a long tradition: Romans used it as a sweetener in wine and used to produce it in big quantities. Thanks to its great combination of taste and tradition, the rosemary honey is a typical example of Italian culinary heritage of excellence.
