Vargnano Brisighella DOP 250ml
This is an evo oil made only from the olives of the Nostrana di Brisighella cultivar, harvested early while still green and in early October in order to bring out the best of the characteristics of the local cultivar. The cultivar gives rise to a very limited production of Italian evo oil. An extra virgin olive oil that highlights that it is not so much quantity but quality that is important.
The oil is green in color. An intense fruitiness stands out on the nose, with broad herbaceous aromas ranging from citrus leaves to balsamic notes and thyme. The enveloping palate has a breadth of flavor, with a refined tanginess of green olive on the finish.
Particularly suitable for enhancing strictly raw dishes, to enhance fish carpaccio, salads, vegetable creams and soups.

Stiffonte 250ml
A monocultivar oil produced and obtained 100% from a single type of olive: correggiolo. Correggiolo has long since found in our hills of Emilia-Romagna a favorable environment for its cultivation. It is an intensely fruity monocultivar reminiscent of the green olive, balanced on the palate with fresh vegetable notes, where artichoke, arugula and fresh almond stand out. A well balanced bitter and tangy finish.
The olive harvest of this cultivar takes place in mid-October and represents the noble olive of central Italy and one of the absolute best on the peninsula. For its taste characteristics it has been awarded numerous national and international awards year after year. Its green color of fresh olive is another of its unique characteristics. Proof of the production that takes place in the mill and from the quality of the land.
