This is an evo oil made only from the olives of Brisighella cultivar, harvested early while still green and in early October in order to bring out the best of the characteristics of the local cultivar. The cultivar gives rise to a very limited production of Italian evo oil. An extra virgin olive oil that highlights that it is not so much quantity but quality that is important.

Crush paper is FSC™ certified, made using 100% green energy, GMO-free, and contains 40% post-consumer recycled content, in this case the residues from olive processing. The carbon footprint is 20% less than traditional paper thanks to the use of agro-industrial waste and 100% green energy.
